Yes. We have over 20 years of experience working with Greater Swiss Mountain Dogs, pit bulls, boxers, bulldogs, and more.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Venmo, Zelle, and cash.

What are the requirements for dogs who participate in parties?

All breeds are welcome. Dogs must be friendly towards people and other dogs. All dogs must be fixed, have no fleas or ticks, and be up to date on vaccinations. Proof of vaccinations will be required before any services can be provided.

Are you licensed or insured?

Yes, we are both licensed and insured.

How are your treats made?

Our treats are made using high-quality, organic ingredients that are carefully selected with the dogs’ health and safety in mind. We focus on simple, wholesome recipes so every treat is both delicious and something you can feel confident giving your dog.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of the party?

Because weather in the Pacific Northwest can be unpredictable, we keep a close eye on the forecast leading up to your event. Light rain usually isn’t an issue, and we can often continue with minor adjustments. If the weather is unsafe or would significantly impact the experience for the dogs and their guests, we will work with you to reschedule.

Can you accommodate dogs with dietary restrictions or food allergies?

If your dog has specific dietary needs, please let us know when booking the party. We will do our best to accommodate those needs and provide suitable alternatives to ensure every pup can safely participate and enjoy the celebration.

How often do you clean the party equipment?

We clean the equipment after every party with pet-safe disinfectant to protect the health and safety of people and pets.

What's your cancellation policy?

Any party cancelled or rescheduled within 5 days of the scheduled party will be charged the full party rate.

What size balls do you use in the ball pits?

We use the largest ball pit balls available to help create the safest possible environment so dogs of all sizes can join in on the festivities.

What kind of bubbles do you use?

We scented, non-toxic bubbles that are specially formulated for dogs.
